Marlton Business Advantage is looking for a licensed Insurance Advisor to help individuals, families, and business owners build protection plans that fit their lives. You’ll conduct needs analyses across life, disability, and long-term care insurance and translate complex options into clear, confident recommendations.
Day to day, you’ll meet with prospective clients from Marlton and the broader South Jersey area, review coverage gaps, and present tax-efficient strategies alongside our advisory team. Warm consultation leads come through our public listings and referral network, so you can focus on relationships instead of cold prospecting.
We’re a small, close-knit team of 2–5 professionals who value trust, follow-through, and doing right by clients. You bring an active NJ life and health license, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in protection planning.
