We’re hiring a Client Relationship & Scheduling Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact at Marlton Business Advantage. You’ll manage incoming consultation requests, schedule appointments for our advisors, and keep our client experience smooth and professional from the very first call.
Responsibilities include answering phone and email inquiries, coordinating follow-ups after insurance and estate planning meetings, maintaining accurate client records, and helping prepare materials for policy reviews. You’ll work closely with our advisory team to make sure no family or business owner falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable with light CRM and calendar tools. Prior experience in an insurance, financial, or professional services office is a plus, but we’ll train the right person who’s eager to learn our world of protection planning.
